Support a range of employee lifecycle activities as required, including preparing contractual variation letters, coordinating recruitment activities for a designated workforce area, completing general HR administration, and maintaining HR systems, databases, and personnel files.
People Projects (As Capacity Allows)
Where appropriate and capacity allows, support the HR Business Partner on key people initiatives linked to business priorities—for example, enhancing employee experience, strengthening performance culture, supporting talent attraction and retention, and coaching line managers on effective people management practice.
