Join Deloitte's People Solution team, within the overall People & Purpose team and play a vital role in supporting our people through critical HR processes. As an HR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our employee experience, managing essential lifecycle processes from leave management to benefits administration. This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in HR systems and processes while directly impacting employee satisfaction and operational excellence—making a meaningful difference in how our organisation supports its workforce.
Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position
Experience in a similar HR advisory role
Excellent organisational skills with first-rate attention to detail
Experience using data entry systems and ability to quickly learn firm-specific systems and processes
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with strong knowledge of data protection requirements
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to deliver tasks and turnaround deliverables in a timely manner
What type of work will I be doing?
Manage the end-to-end delivery of key employee lifecycle processes such as leave management, employee letter requests, probation tracking, reward and benefits, and contracts of employment
Respond to employee queries within agreed lead times
Support annual HR cycles including performance, reward, and benefits
Review and maintain ongoing data updates, ensuring accuracy on relevant systems
Maintain and update employee details on our HR system, Workday
Develop in-depth knowledge of in-house systems, internal policies, and processes, providing guidance to users as required
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as they arise
