HR - Administration Manager

As HR Administration Manager, you will be responsible for personnel-related and administrative matters at the Ovivo Aqua Austria locations in Raaba-Grambach (near Graz) and Kaunas (Lithuania).

How you'll make an impact:

  • Support: You are a competent contact person for our employees and managers in all personnel-related, employment law and contractual issues

  • Recruiting: You accompany the entire recruiting process from job posting to onboarding

  • Administration: You maintain the personnel master data, create service contracts and all other documents in the HR area

  • HR processes: Support and development of all HR processes, such as time recording, project time recording, preparation of data for external payroll accounting in Austria and Lithuania, travel expense reports

  • Personnel development: Support in the further development of our team and the promotion of talents

  • Other: Processing assignments (long term and short term) to our international sister companies, A1 applications, expat insurance, DBA rolls, calculation of personnel provisions, preparation of personnel budget, administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Commercial training (HAK, HBLA) with knowledge of payroll accounting, HR Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • Several years of professional experience (5 to 7 years) in a comparable position

  • Knowledge of Austrian labour law, tax and social security law desirable

  • Knowledge of the collective agreement "Metal Technology Industry white collar worker" is an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Confident handling of HR software and MS Office

  • Enjoyment of contact with international colleagues and partners

  • Structured and reliable way of working, strong communication skills

  • Open and solution-oriented personality

  • The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,500 gross per month, based on a 30-hour workweek, with the possibility of higher compensation depending on qualifications and experience.
