Job Description
The HPV HCP Product Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand and HCP engagement strategies for the HPV vaccine portfolio, with a strong focus on healthcare professional education, demand shaping, and customer experience.
This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into integrated, compliant, and impactful execution, contributing to sustainable growth of the HPV franchise in Vietnam.
Support the development and execution of HPV HCP brand strategy and annual marketing plans, aligned with BU priorities.
Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable tactical plans and campaigns.
Contribute to customer segmentation, targeting, and prioritization for HCP engagement.
Lead execution of integrated HCP engagement initiatives, including digital, face‑to‑face, and hybrid channels.
Manage key HCP platforms (e.g. HPV Academy, digital tools/apps) as strategic enablers, not standalone assets.
Ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across channels.
Track effectiveness of HCP engagement using defined KPIs and derive insights for optimization.
Develop and manage HCP‑focused marketing materials and educational content, aligned with brand strategy and compliance requirements.
Coordinate closely with Medical Affairs to ensure scientific accuracy and balance.
Support innovative approaches to HCP education and engagement within company guidelines.
Support identification and engagement of KOLs and key HCPs in collaboration with Medical and relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate HPV‑related educational activities, webinars, and scientific exchange initiatives.
Build understanding of the HPV ecosystem and stakeholder dynamics.
Work closely with Medical, Sales, Access, and other functions to ensure aligned execution of HPV strategies.
Support field teams with appropriate tools, materials, and insights to enable effective implementation.
Participate in cross‑functional projects and BU initiatives as required.
Monitor campaign and initiative performance against objectives and KPIs.
Prepare analysis, insights, and summaries to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Develop strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in HPV.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles within pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
Experience in HCP marketing, brand execution, or vaccines is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of omnichannel marketing and digital engagement principles.
Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into insights.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance and ethical standards.
Demonstrates ownership mindset for assigned brands / projects.
Able to manage multiple initiatives with good prioritization.
Learns quickly and applies strategic guidance into high‑quality execution.
Progressive readiness to take on broader brand responsibility over time.
