Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist Latam to join our Healthcare Project Management team. This role plays a critical part in supporting Latam operations through data analytics, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools (especially Power BI), and a passion for driving operational excellence in the healthcare industry.

Essencial responsibilities:

  • Residual and Aging Residual Management: 

   - Report and manage aging residuals to expedite installations and cash collection. 

  • HPM CSAT (Customer Satisfaction):

   - Drive survey submission mechanisms and analyze feedback, focusing on dissatisfied and neutral scores. 

   - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvement actions. 

  • Budget Monitoring and Control:

   - Conduct monthly budget execution reviews and report variances to financial and operations leadership. 

  • Helium Management:

   - Monitor and control helium boil-off, CoTM demands, and refill processes. 

   - Generate purchase orders (POs) and manage supplier relationships. 

   - Control Helium ACOS (Actual Cost of Sales) and ensure cost efficiency. 

  • Purchase Services Management: 

   - Manage Helium POs, monitor accessories inventory, and track pending payment backlogs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or data analytics, preferably in the healthcare or related industry. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization). 
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred) or similar platforms (e.g., Tableau). 
  • Knowledge of financial and operational metrics (e.g., budget control, KPIs, dashboards). 
  • Intermediate understanding of system integration and data management processes.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into simple elements and effectively present these
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.

Desired Characteristics

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI for KPI optimization and dashboard creation. 
  • Experience in managing and analyzing data related to supply chain, inventory, or financial operations. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.   
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of purchase order (PO) processes, supplier management, and budget monitoring.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, particularly in the Latam region, is a plus
