Job Summary
As the HP Peripherals WW 4P Lead, you will own the global 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for HP Peripherals and personally drive consumer-focused initiatives across etail and retail channels. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver growth, optimize Go-To-Market initiatives, and ensure HP wins in the competitive consumer market.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & 4P Ownership

  • Develop and execute the global 4P blueprint for HP Peripherals (Consumer + Commercial), ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Category, GBU, Marketing, Channel, Demand Management, and regional teams to deliver measurable results.

  • Monitor global performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue, margin, and share targets.

Consumer Initiatives (Etail & Retail)

  • Personally drive with identified key focus countries, strategic programs for consumer business across retail and e-commerce, including marketplace listings and brick-and-mortar assortments.

  • Design and execute demand generation, promotional frameworks, and GTM programs to accelerate revenue and share gain.

  • Provide market feedback to influence future product development and portfolio decisions.

Business Intelligence & Insights

  • Analyse internal financials, market trends, and competitive data to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Deliver actionable insights to guide portfolio optimization and strategic decisions.

  • Track competitive landscape to develop HP’s market position.

4P Evangelism & Communication

  • Partner with Marketing and NPI teams to support key growth initiatives and compelling GTM plans.

  • Conduct trainings, webinars, and workshops to enable regional teams and sales to effectively tell HP Peripherals Stories building on strategic 4P Plan.

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and retail/etail pitches.

  • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, advanced degree or MBA is preferred

  • 8–10 years of experience in category management, GTM strategy, or product marketing.

  • Minimum 3–4 years in consumer-focused roles (retail/e-tail).

  • Fluent English required, additional languages a plus.

  • Proven expertise in 4P management and GTM strategy with strong technical knowledge and ability to understand detailed product level complexities

  • Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce dynamics, including marketplace operations.

  • Ability to influence without authority and drive results through virtual, cross-functional teams.

  • Understand market and competitive landscape, identify competitive opportunities and gaps and can develop counter strategies to win.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.

  • Ability to work in a large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across the value chain, ensuring projects move ahead with specific timelines taking all stakeholders along

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability; able to pivot quickly when needed.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for senior leadership and external partners.

  • Self-starter with problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
