About the role:

As a Houseman, you will play a vital role in supporting our Housekeeping operations, ensuring guest areas and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and fully equipped. You will assist room attendants, respond to guest requests, and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

What You will do:

• Prepare all necessary amenities for arriving guests.
• Deliver guest requests promptly using HotSOS, including extra items for room attendants.
• Restock floor pantries and ensure supplies are available for the housekeeping team.
• Collect garbage and recycling from all floors and keep service areas clean.
• Assist with moving furniture, preparing Perfect Rooms, and supporting deep‑cleaning projects.
• Deliver guests’ laundry and dry cleaning accurately and on time.

What You will bring:

• Good communication skills and basic English.
• Strong physical ability for lifting, pushing, and moving items.
• Reliability, commitment, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions precisely.
• Flexibility to assist with varied housekeeping tasks.
• A guest‑focused mindset and readiness to support colleagues.
