THE JOB:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on assigned floors, addressing guest complaints and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for both guests and staff. We are looking for an experienced housekeeping professional with a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have 2+ years of supervisory experience in the hotel industry and are ready to lead your team in providing a luxurious and inviting atmosphere, we want to hear from you!
THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and high standards on assigned floors.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and maintain excellent customer service.
Conduct inspections of guest rooms and manage records of repairs and quality of work.
Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
Complete daily reports and submit required paperwork using technology.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ Years of prior relevant Housekeeping experience
2+ Years of prior relevant Supervisory or Management experience working in a similar resort setting is preferred
Able and willing to work Full-time schedule 8-10hr shifts, anytime from 7am-12:45am including weekends and holidays
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$20.00Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
