About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Housekeeping Department. This role plays a key part in delivering a flawless guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Four Seasons standards of excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise and direct Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to Four Seasons standards
  • Inspect assigned areas and team members’ work to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Prepare and manage daily room assignments and verify staffing levels for upcoming shifts
  • Monitor Traces and special guest requests, reviewing guest profiles and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
  • Communicate room status, maintenance, and engineering issues, following established protocols for resolution
  • Maintain accurate and organized housekeeping office records and files
  • Assist with room cleaning, stripping, and inspections as operational needs require
  • Support special projects aimed at improving housekeeping products, services, and efficiencies
  • Foster a collaborative and professional working environment across housekeeping and laundry teams
  • Escalate concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role, preferably within luxury hospitality
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English; second-language skills preferred
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to adapt, multitask, and lead with confidence in a fast-paced environment
