The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is looking for a Housekeeping Manager in Training (MIT) who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
The Housekeeping MIT reports to the Assistant Director of Rooms. We are looking for an energetic, hospitality professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and people. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and willing to accept assignments on a as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Hourly Wage: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
What Does the Four Seasons Manager-in-Training Program Offer?
What you will do:
Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Rooms Division, the Housekeeping MIT, works across the division to deliver an exceptional experience and develop key leadership skills in doing so. The Housekeeping MIT will cross train throughout the Housekeeping Department over a 12 to 18 month period. This position will give you the chance to develop your necessary supervisory and leadership skills in order to step into an assistant manager role at the end of your program.
