The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Floor Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Oversee daily operations of guest room cleaning and servicing on assigned floors.
Supervise and support Room Attendants and Housepersons, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
Conduct detailed inspections of cleaned guest rooms to ensure adherence to cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards
Ensure all housekeeping procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
Support training of new team members and uphold service culture in daily operations.
Handle guest concerns or requests on the floor with professionalism and a focus on resolution
We seek detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic. This role involves direct interaction with guests and management, requiring excellent communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills

WHAT TO BRING
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Weekend and holiday availability required
