Job Summary: This position is within the House Security Division (HSD), Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA), U.S. House of Representatives. HSD serves as a centralized office to process security clearances, background investigations, and classified document control. HSD also manages the multiple secure facilities to serve Members, Committees, and Leadership.

Qualifications: WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: The incumbent must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of office experience. The incumbent must be able to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance along with SCI access. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITES: Ability to deal calmly and effectively with high stress situations and work persistently when facing obstacles. Ability to work well in ambiguous situations, adjust quickly to change, and easily consider new approaches. Ability to foster a sense of unity and trust within teams, breaking down silos and promoting teamwork across departments.
