About the Role

Are you passionate about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and setting the tone for exceptional dining experiences? Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a Host to join our Wild Carrot restaurant team.

At Four Seasons, we blend world‑class hospitality with a relaxed, inviting environment inspired by the beauty of the Hampshire countryside. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their arrival, seating, and overall dining journey is seamless, enjoyable, and elevated to Four Seasons standards.

Your professionalism, charm, and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences and support the wider restaurant team in delivering flawless service.

What You Will Do

  • Warmly welcome guests and provide an exceptional first impression

  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow efficiently

  • Escort guests to tables and introduce them to their server

  • Communicate guest needs or special requests to the service team

  • Maintain an organised, polished, and welcoming front‑of‑house atmosphere

  • Support the restaurant team in delivering service excellence

  • Demonstrate a friendly, professional, and guest‑focused attitude at all times

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in a guest‑facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury hotel or restaurant

  • A natural passion for hospitality and guest service excellence

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment

  • A warm, positive, and team‑oriented mindset
