The HOC is a working site lead who helps HSTs deliver, track and clean equipment. They are also the go‑to person for any urgent needs when the manager is out.
Work Schedule:
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 2:30p-11p

Investigate nursing staff concerns and opportunities for improvement in lieu of the Operations Manager – Hospital, and implement appropriate actions in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Maintain a basic understanding of the existing contract between the company and the customer, including the ability to facilitate this document.
Assist with the supervision of HST personnel, including training, performance reviews, corrective action plans, reporting requirements, and career development.
Assist with management of staffing schedules based on equipment volume and foster cooperation across shifts to support a positive team environment and staff retention.
Facilitate, educate, and deliver the HST training manual for each employee.
Provide ongoing supervision of all HST personnel in daily operations.
Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1 year of medical or management experience.
Detail‑oriented.
Proficient computer skills (Word and Excel).
Ability to multi‑task.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of communication with all involved parties.
