What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a diverse team of veterinary, technical, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Drive Business Success: Oversee all business operations, including financial management, budgeting, and marketing initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Enhance Client & Referral Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with clients and referring veterinarians, ensuring exceptional communication and service.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage hiring, performance reviews, and personnel decisions with professionalism and fairness, maintaining a positive and productive workplace.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all medical records, protocols, and client communications meet the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Community Ambassador: Represent VCA Knowles Snapper Creek with integrity and enthusiasm within the professional community and to the public.
  • What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will have experience in Human Resource and personnel management, Marketing, and Business Development. Your strong financial and operational acumen will be put to good use!

  • 3 to 5 years of proven hospital leadership experience, demonstrating strong financial acumen and human resources management skills
  • Expertise in sales, marketing, and business development within a referral-based veterinary practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Pay Range & Benefits

We offer a variety of compensation models that provide flexibility and reward your strengths. The annualized base salary for this position is based on experience and credentials is $85,000 to $100,000.
