Position Overview:
Our Home Care Account Executives are responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of the region/agency to achieve revenue growth for home-based services. Has in-depth knowledge of the local community and seeks out new business partnerships to generate opportunities for growth, both inside and outside of the Trinity Health system. Will be responsible for selling the capabilities of the agency in support of customers' population health and value-based care initiatives.
