After-Hours Hospice RN

  • Week On / Week Off Schedule
  • Serving Lenawee, Hillsdale & Monroe Counties

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to after-hours hospice needs with confidence and compassion

  • Managing symptom control, comfort measures, and urgent clinical concerns

  • Communicating clearly with physicians, care teams, and families

  • Providing education and reassurance aligned with hospice philosophy

  • Supporting patients and loved ones through end-of-life and beyond

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Active RN license (state of practice), in good standing

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)

  • At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)

  • Comfort working independently with strong clinical judgment

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

  • Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs. and travel within the assigned territory
