Managing symptom control, comfort measures, and urgent clinical concerns
Communicating clearly with physicians, care teams, and families
Providing education and reassurance aligned with hospice philosophy
Supporting patients and loved ones through end-of-life and beyond
Active RN license (state of practice), in good standing
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
Comfort working independently with strong clinical judgment
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs. and travel within the assigned territory
