Carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance operations of the medical devices, in compliance with procedures and regulatory compliance.Main Accountabilities
Realize reception and disinfection of medical devices
Record customer equipment returns in our ERP & Fault diagnosis
Perform preventive and curative maintenance of MDs
Establish customer quotes and perform follow-up
Prepare material transfers to customers & edit delivery notes
Responsible for telephone customer contact, mailbox management
Unpack and pack devices before customer shipment
Differentiating Criteria
Expertise in medical devices maintenance or industrial line maintenance
Complexity of problem solved : quite alone with the customer (for after sales technician : face to the customer at the hospital, for maintenance technician : face to operators and their manager)
Technical Degree (2 years)
2 to 5 years experience
