What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our therapy team, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist

  • Support the patient’s Plan of Care and report changes in condition to the supervising PT

  • Ensure care aligns with state practice guidelines and physician orders

  • Help patients achieve measurable progress toward their mobility and independence goals

  • Teach patients and caregivers how to safely use assistive devices

  • Provide education on therapy-related home exercise programs

  • Promote Elara Caring’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence

  • Work in a physical, hands-on environment that requires lifting and mobility

  • Work occasional irregular or on-call hours as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice

  • At least 6 months of PTA experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply!)

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

  • Willingness to travel within the service area (up to 50%)

  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical tasks related to patient care
