**Days and Night shifts will be needed**
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled home health aide (HHA) or certified nursing assistant (CNA) in Rock Point, AZ to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. We are looking for night shifts from 7pm-7am Monday-Wednesday. The pay range is $18 - $21.
Responsibilities
•Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
•Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
•Light housekeeping
•Meal preparation
•Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
•Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
•Maintain records and documentation of services.
•Communication with the patients’ family, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
