This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Care Scheduler to join St Vincent’s @ Home based at our office in Eltham. Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist clients with a strong person-centred care focus, whilst working along with other departments within the care services.

This is a full-time position based at our Eltham Aged Care facility, working Monday to Friday during standard office hours. The role offers a hybrid arrangement, with one day per week working from home.
Things that work for us:
Relevant experience in a similar role scheduling staff within a community/facility ensuring prompt and accurate services
Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Procurra, Kronos and Workday desirable)
High level of customer service skills
The ability to work in a face past high stress role
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to follow directives as per care plan and from coordinator’s
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
Certificate/Diploma Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable but not essential
