Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable with a passion for detail-driven work? We are looking for a Home-Based Webstore Coordinator to support a growing U.S.-based business partnered with DCX. In this role, you will manage and support client webstores, coordinate order and inventory activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Develop and launch new client webstore websites

  • Manage and track in-progress webstore and inventory orders

  • Proactively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met

  • Coordinate fulfillment timelines and shipping details with the Warehouse Team

  • Assist in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of client webstores

  • Analyze webstore KPIs, inventory levels, and sales trends using analytical tools

  • Prepare inventory, performance, and sales reports for internal and client review

  • Establish, update, and maintain product profiles and pricing

  • Monitor and manage client inventory programs and transactions

  • Enter invoicing details for completed webstore orders

  • Manage inbound and outbound inventory movements

  • Assist with customer service inquiries and issue resolution

  • Log supplier and item quality non-conformances in tracking systems

  • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve user experience, efficiency, and cost savings

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field (preferred but not required)

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in webstores, retail merchandising, inventory management, or e-commerce is preferred

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient with the various promotional industry-specific software (I.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore) 

    • Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 

    • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.) 

    • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal 

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 35,000

  • Industry: Promotional

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
