The DCX Client Services - Home Based Virtual Assistant will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.
Ideal Candidates will be:
Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English
Have a passion for customer service
Execute tasks and listen to guidance
Extremely detail-oriented
Is very intuitive with computers and learning various software
Role Details
Industry: Commercial
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 46,000
Job Responsibilities
Entering invoices in QBOnline, including posting against POs
Saving invoices to job folders in Dropbox
Entering job receipts from superintendents and saving to the appropriate Dropbox folders
Sending out Purchase Orders via QBO and tracking receipt of the same.
Setting up projects in QB and in the DB folders
Setting up new vendors and obtaining necessary onboarding paperwork (W9, COI, and our ACH enrollment form)
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or other relevant administrative support experience.
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
Software that will be used
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
Proficient with QuickBooks Online
