We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Home-Based Training Ambassador to support our U.S.-based clients by delivering high-quality training sessions and ensuring successful user adoption of business applications. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new partners, supporting internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date training resources.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in training, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a solid comfort level with technology. Flexibility, collaboration, and a proactive mindset are essential, along with the ability to travel when required.
Communication & Presentation – Engages diverse audiences through clear, confident, and effective training delivery.
Technical Aptitude – Demonstrates strong technology skills and adapts quickly to new systems and tools.
Training Development – Creates clear, user-friendly training materials and documentation.
Collaboration – Works effectively with cross-functional teams to support shared training goals.
Problem Solving – Proactively identifies and addresses training gaps and user challenges.
Analytical Thinking – Applies strong math and logic skills, particularly in finance-related training topics.
Partner Onboarding: Lead training sessions for new Syncore and Commercio partners, including Sales, CSR, Finance, Graphics, and Production teams. Ensure readiness for go-live dates and provide follow-up training as needed.
Collaborate closely with Account Coordinators and Strategic Account Advisors during partner onboarding and training phases.
New User Training: Host monthly training sessions for new users in Sales, CSR, and Finance; provide Graphics and Production training as required.
Training Registration & Setup: Create, manage, and distribute training materials for new user registrations across different roles.
Internal Onboarding Support: Develop onboarding materials and assist with department-specific training for internal staff.
Internal Team Training: Deliver training to Success Team members on new software releases, Syncore features, and related updates.
Resource Management: Review, update, and improve internal and external training documentation in collaboration with the Success Team.
Ongoing Support: Provide troubleshooting assistance and host Q&A sessions to help users resolve issues and maximize their use of Facilisgroup software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in training, onboarding, customer education, or software enablement is preferred.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Strong comfort level with business applications and software training environments.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident facilitating group sessions.
