Are you a detail-oriented support professional who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments? We’re looking for a Home-Based Technical Support Specialist to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll provide customer service and technical support for an ERP system, helping users resolve challenges and optimize their experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a solid grasp of accounting processes, and a passion for problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.

 

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Provide timely and professional technical support via phone and email

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to ERP functionality, configuration, and workflows

  • Document support cases and solutions clearly and accurately

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary

  • Guide clients in best practices for ERP usage, leveraging knowledge of accounting principles

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, interactive communication

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

  • Ensure communication procedures, guidelines, and policies are followed

  • Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with the above responsibilities

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of direct experience in Promotional Products, Customer Service, or Technical Support. Experience in ERP or accounting support is an advantage.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours 

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    • Experience supporting ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar would be ideal.

    • Solid understanding of accounting concepts and processes (AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries, bookkeeping, month/year-end).

 

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 43,000

  • Industry: Promotional

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
