The DCX Client Services - Home-Based E-commerce Online Store Builder will be the tactical expert who supports the day-to-day operations of the client's online business while also having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms. You will manage and monitor the brands on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Working directly with our clients as well as our internal Creative Services Team, the Store Creation Specialist’s primary role is to produce stores from our clients based on data provided that are high-quality and accurate with a quick turnaround.

  • Create stores based on client requests while meeting daily deadlines

  • Adhere to internal processes to provide the best possible service

  • Maintain close and reliable relationships with our clients to produce high-quality stores specific to their needs

Administration Activities

  • Assist in fielding phone calls for the Creative Services team

  • Utilize Slack to answer internal questions that the Creative Services team has

Daily Goals

  • Create stores for our clients

  • Meet daily deadlines

  • Check all requests for inaccuracies and communicate with our clients to resolve any issues

  • Communicate with the Creative Services leadership to address issues with improper procedure from clients

Additional Goals (During down time)

  • Utilize extra time for learning additional aspects of the OMG Platform

  • Work on Team Queues to complete additional client requests

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.  

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or order management role.  

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.  

  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:   

  • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. 

  • Previous store-building experience with Shopify or other platforms is a plus, but not necessary. 

  • Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms is a great advantage. 

  • Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Shopify, Bigcommerce, Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore) 

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: Php 35,000 - 45,000

  • Industry: Promotional Products  

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
