Are you a highly organized and adaptable professional with strong project coordination and administrative skills? We’re looking for a Home-Based Project Support Specialist to join our DCX team and support a growing U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will manage and monitor orders, support cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination while closely following client-defined processes. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Manage and monitor orders from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.

  • Track tasks and orders, proactively following up with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and resolve issues.

  • Provide coordination support for assigned projects, including Global Trade solutions, across the full project lifecycle.

  • Prepare and share project timelines, status updates, and reports for stakeholders.

  • Apply project management best practices to ensure quality deliverables, including functional specifications and compliance requirements.

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners; document capabilities, processes, and improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

  • Compile data and create reports or visual summaries for analysis and decision-making.

  • Provide daily coordination support by managing communications, schedules, and administrative tasks.

  • Perform additional duties aligned with project support and operations as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant business experience, order management, or project support; promotional industry experience is required.

  • Language Proficiency: Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

    • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)

    • Various promotional industry-specific software (I.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore) 

    • Understanding of logistics is a big plus.

    • Experience tracking orders and troubleshooting.

    • Ability to make sound decisions without needing reassurance at every step (once they have been taught the standard practices and procedures).

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

    • Demonstrates independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks with minimal guidance.

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 45,000

  • Industry: Promotional Products

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (US) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (US)
