Are you a creative and analytical marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Home-Based Marketing Specialist to join our DCX team and support a growing U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll help identify marketing trends, support campaign execution, analyze performance data, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

  • Adaptable & Flexible: Comfortable handling varied daily tasks and adjusting quickly to changing priorities and instructions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Email marketing campaigns

    • New and Existing customers

    • Not cold lead generation

    • Warm leads or clients who know us but haven’t worked with us.

  • Video editing (small-scale, like CapCut or creating easy social media content).

  • Data Analysis

    • Look at the client's buying behavior based on our data and determine who is down in certain areas or needs extra attention

  • LinkedIn Communication with customers

    • DMs from my account to existing and new clients

  • Social Media Management

    • Posting 3-4 times a week on social media through our Buffer account that posts across multiple channels

    • Tie it to our larger campaign strategies

  • Team-oriented and understanding of our goals for the account

    • Have to be comfortable working with a team (me + our sales assistant) and must be willing to listen to feedback

    • Needs to understand larger plans/strategies and contribute ideas or add their opinion

    • I don’t want someone to post for us or take what is given, but create.

    WHAT WE LOOK FOR

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. 

    • Experience: 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or any direct promo sales experience. 

    • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

    • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

    • Technical Skills:

      • Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 

      • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.) 

      • Proficient with LinkedIn, CapCut, and Social Media Platforms.

      • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal 

      • Good energy and someone excited to take on new projects

      • No phone calls required

      • Some small follow-ups via LinkedIn, but we will jump in once it moves out of the “automated phase.”

      • Someone who can do email campaigns and build out / execute larger plans that we have in place.

    WHAT WE OFFER

    • Salary Range: PHP 45,000 – 50,000

    • Industry: Promotional

    • Job Type: Full-time

    • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

    • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
