The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Invoice Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing invoice processing, payment coordination, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in supporting daily finance operations, including vendor management, reconciliations, and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate transactions while contributing to the overall efficiency of the client’s operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage order processing and client invoicing
Reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
Maintain and update vendor records and databases
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound emails related to invoices and payments
Provide executive assistant support as needed
Assist in accounts payable reporting and financial documentation
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Perform additional administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent. Background working for a finance department preferred but not required.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.
In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation.
Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job.
Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus but not required.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000
