Are you highly organized, proactive, and excellent at communication? We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing team by managing core HR systems and employee services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in HR operations.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in HR processes, compliance checks, and system updates.
Communication Skills: Maintains clear and professional communication with employees, managers, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving Skills: Identifies and resolves issues related to payroll, benefits, and employee records.
Organizational Skills: Manages multiple HR tasks, deadlines, and documentation efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using HRIS platforms, including Paylocity, and other HR management tools.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Benefits Management: Maintain and update benefits plans, including premium allocations in the payroll system. Administer all aspects of FMLA, workers’ comp, and other state/local leave programs. Initiate COBRA notifications to our third-party vendor and monitor compliance with federal regulations.
Onboarding: Initiate background checks and onboarding paperwork for all new hires. Maintain employee files, integrate new-hire information, and update appropriate databases.
Compliance: Work with HR consultants at Archbright to ensure all state and federal guidelines are followed, limiting exposure liabilities. Process leaves with the Employment Securities Department.
Employee Lifecycle: Manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including job offers, promotions, performance documentation, and terminations.
Additional Duties: Update the Employee Manual, handle state-to-state license renewals, and provide project support as required by the department’s strategic aims.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in leadership and management in HR, particularly in benefits administration and compliance, is a MUST!
Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Schedule: Ability to work in alignment with US business hours.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR management systems and payroll tools.

Salary Range: PHP 55,000 - 61,000
