Are you a highly communicative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment? We’re looking for a Home-Based Facilitator to join our DCX team and support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, and chat while ensuring every interaction reflects excellent service, accuracy, and care.
 

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Adaptable & Flexible: Comfortable working with a variety of tasks, willing to take on new challenges, and able to adjust to shifting priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls, emails, and chat sessions, dealing with a wide range of customer issues and concerns regarding purchase orders placed with our company.

  • Provides all customers, both internal and external, with an exceptional customer experience, timely customer support, and excellent communication on each and every interaction.

  • Handles follow-up and resolves customer complaints to result in a win-win scenario for both the customer and the company.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.  

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service and order management, preferably in the promotional products industry.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills:

    • Working knowledge of computers (inclusive of but not limited to: Outlook, Microsoft Office) and good typing skills.

    • Must have the ability to handle multiple conflicting deadlines and function effectively in a fast-paced / high-volume environment.

    • Effective oral and written communication skills; exceptional customer service and telephone skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.

    • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

    • Embodies a Service Spirit and consistently strives to provide the best possible customer experience.

    • Continually maintains a working knowledge of the internal operating systems, company products, services, and various promotions.

    • Ability to be flexible on working hours and extend overtime as needed based on the business needs.

    • Bilingual skills is a plus (English & Spanish)
       

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000

  • Industry: Promotional

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
