The DCX Client Services Home-Based Executive Assistant will be the key player in supporting the executives' day-to-day by providing executive-level administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. With a focus on multitasking and attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be a key member of our client's team. Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments to ensure efficient scheduling and time management.

  • Coordinate meetings — prepare agendas, take minutes, record follow-ups, and track action items.

  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and logistics.

  • Handle email and inbox correspondence, prioritizing messages and maintaining timely responses.

  • Maintain and organize documents, reports, and presentations with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Take meeting notes and provide recaps, summaries, and follow-ups as needed.

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support aligned with the executive’s daily priorities.

Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Support marketing efforts by sending e-blasts to client contact lists and maintaining regular communications.

  • Follow up with customers on samples, orders, and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and attention to detail.

  • Proactively promote company products, promotions, and specials across social media and other digital platforms.

  • Learn and understand the products and programs of the six companies represented by the client to effectively communicate offerings.

  • Assist in business development efforts by helping identify new opportunities and nurturing customer relationships.

  • Draft and send thank-you notes, meeting recaps, and updates to clients and partners following meetings.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, ideally with exposure to marketing or customer service.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and capable of learning new tools quickly.

  • Marketing Tools (Preferred): Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems is a plus.

  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, fast learner, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Role Details

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Time)

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday (U.S. Schedule)

  • Salary Range: ₱43,000

  • Setup: Permanent work-from-home
