The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Assistant Property Manager is a detail-oriented and people-forward professional to help keep our properties running smoothly. You'll be the connective tissue between tenants, vendors, and our management team — handling everything from lease documents to rent collections, all while delivering a great tenant experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lease & Tenant Management
Prepare and process lease documents, amendments, proposals, and abstracts using provided templates
Track lease renewals and ensure timely follow-up with tenants
Send welcome packages to incoming tenants and maintain up-to-date tenant contact records
Maintain co-tenancy, exclusive use, and pylon sign rights records per property
Property Operations
Serve as the first point of contact for tenant maintenance requests, routing issues to the right vendor or contractor
Solicit and compare bids from vendors for services and repairs
Communicate proactively with tenants about maintenance schedules and property updates
Coordinate utility setups, transfers, and terminations
Track fire life safety inspections across properties
Marketing & Leasing Support
Update property marketing materials including site plans, LoopNet listings, and the company website
Initiate, track, and report on marketing efforts to support leasing activity
Collections & Compliance
Run bi-monthly accounts receivable (AR) reports and keep management informed on delinquency status
Follow up with tenants on outstanding balances and send late/default letters per policy
Maintain current insurance certificates for tenants and vendors
Track tenant certificates of occupancy and sales report compliance
Administrative Support
Code invoices for management approval
Handle daily admin tasks including mail, FedEx, and certified mail
Support the broader management team with other duties as needed
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred.
Experience: At least two years of relevant experience; Property management experience is a must, and maintenance/construction support experience is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
Reliable computer equipment that can run our many systems/apps with a high speed, reliable internet connection
Efficient with a computer, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs and Sheets, Google Voice, Zoom
Experience managing customer complaints and expectations
Experience with AppFolio or other cloud-based property management software
High comfort with analyzing data and high-level financial results.
