The DCX Client Services Home-Based Graphic Designer has a strong ability to listen to the client, understand their goals, and assist in the creation of creative solutions with a high visual impact. This role will work closely with the client to ensure that branding is integrated into the goals of the partner brands they serve. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity and success of the client's brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Receive a notification (currently paperwork) which triggers us to start this order in the Art Department

• Acknowledge Sales Order in Order Tracker (internal order system) This will allow all to see who currently has this order.

• Check the order against the Proof AWS sets up as well as the artwork submitted by the customer

• >If the proof is not set up, check to see why (This could be because of, missing artwork, pending questions, etc).

• >Another important component to this is double-checking that the ingredients placed on the item are accurate. We are a manufacturer and supplier or baked goods, chocolates, confections so everything needs to have proper labeling.

• Once proof is completed, mark off all necessary areas in Order Tracker and send off to the customer through the Art Dept Inbox.

• Customer can either:

• >Approve

• >Request Revisions

• Send back to AWS or handle on your own and then resend to the customer for approval

• >Approve with Revisions

• Once the customer replies with their Approval, we send back an email template stating we have received approval and then move onto the next departments. We are currently printing proofs, orders, etc after approval but will determine how this is being handled with a remote employee.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.  

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience. 

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

• Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Proficient in Corel Draw

• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:   

• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.  

• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.  

• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines.  

• Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in the graphic design field.  

WHAT WE OFFER 

• Salary Range: Php 45,000 - Php 50,000

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
