As a DCX Client Services Home-Based AP Coordinator, you will support the Accounting Department's daily management of the AP inbox through posting vendor bills against POs in NetSuite. Responsible for raising questions when there is a mismatch. Responsible for weekly AP aging reporting for payment runs. Strong communication skills are required to interact with all employees and vendors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Accounts Payable:
Vouch vendor bills against POs
Post other approved vendor bills against the correct general ledger account
Follow up with vendors for missing invoices for orders waiting to be invoiced
Accurately post vendor credits
Produces weekly aging reports
Customer Billing:
Assist with billing of offline or EStore billing as needed
Other:
Provide back-up support as needed within the accounting department
Preferably with NetSuite experience
Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.
In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation.
Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job.
Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus, but not required.
