The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Admin Support will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States within the inspection industry. This role offers an opportunity to support daily operations by handling clerical, data management, and communication tasks critical to the business.
You will be responsible for assisting in-office employees remotely, ensuring accurate data handling, and maintaining smooth communication with a network of inspectors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
Communication Skills: E-mails, Texting & Outbound/Inbound Phone calls with our network of inspectors
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: College degree in Business Administration or any related field preferred
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Administrative Support, Data Entry, Customer Service, or related roles
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Industry-Specific Knowledge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Basic knowledge of data entry systems and reporting tools
Experience working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment is a plus
Experience coordinating with field teams or external partners (e.g., inspectors) is an advantage
Previous remote work experience is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 37,500
