Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong understanding of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes? We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounting Specialist to join our DCX team and support a U.S.-based client. In this role, you will manage invoice processing, vendor and customer accounts, billing, reconciliations, and payment coordination while contributing to continuous improvements across the client’s accounting operations.

Customer & Vendor Focused: Ability to maintain positive relationships while managing billing, payments, and inquiries professionally.
Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting regulations, procedures, and best practices across AP and AR functions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Analyze Key Vendor and Customer Accounts.
Process incoming AP invoices and Credit Memos.
Prepare orders for final billing by verifying and updating costs.
Work with Sales Support teams to finalize Sales Orders.
Create Sales Invoices after reconciling costs and verifying Taxes.
Assisting with customer credit applications and account reviews.
Assist with AR Collections
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, financial management, or a related field
Experience: 3-5 years of General Accounting experience, or equivalent.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Experience with ERP data entry systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
Has a growth mindset, there will be continual ongoing training
Has love for business development and working with numbers
Has the ability to perform clerical functions to support supervisors, including researching, tracking, and resolving accounting problems
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 40,000
