Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accuracy and customer service? We are looking for a Home-Based Accounting Assistant to support our U.S.-based client in managing billing and collections with precision and professionalism. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely payments, accurate records, and clear communication with vendors and customers. If you're organized, analytical, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced finance team, this role is for you.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Create customer invoices
Post transactions to accounts in accounting software
Work with accounts payable to ensure all orders are ready to be invoiced to customers
Assist accounting staff with customer payments
Assist in reconciling accounts at regular intervals
Assist in the follow-up on past due invoices and assist with collections
Assist accounting staff in other related duties
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an office or accounting role with a focus on accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Schedule: Able to work overnight/graveyard shifts in PH time or U.S. business hours
Technical Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong interpersonal skills to work well with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 37,500
