Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accuracy and customer service? We are looking for a Home-Based Accounting Assistant to support our U.S.-based client in managing billing and collections with precision and professionalism. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely payments, accurate records, and clear communication with vendors and customers. If you're organized, analytical, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced finance team, this role is for you.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Create customer invoices

  • Post transactions to accounts in accounting software

  • Work with accounts payable to ensure all orders are ready to be invoiced to customers

  • Assist accounting staff with customer payments

  • Assist in reconciling accounts at regular intervals

  • Assist in the follow-up on past due invoices and assist with collections

  • Assist accounting staff in other related duties

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an office or accounting role with a focus on accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Schedule: Able to work overnight/graveyard shifts in PH time or U.S. business hours

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

    • Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

    • Strong interpersonal skills to work well with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 37,500

  • Industry: Promotional Products

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
