Are you a relationship-driven professional who excels in client management, organization, and proactive communication? We’re looking for a Home-Based Account Manager to join our DCX team and support a growing U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will manage and grow key corporate accounts, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to brand storytelling through impactful promotional solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Send Product Presentations/Proposals/Quotes

  • Source Product from Preferred Suppliers

  • Record Victories 

  • Ask for referrals 

  • Initiate Social Media Connections

  • Send Virtual Samples

  • Order Spec Samples

  • Meet or exceed sales targets.   

  • Create a touch calendar for all accounts and set reminders that target annual needs and buying patterns from the previous year.  

  • Order and deliver spec samples on a selective basis

  • Put in “clean” orders that allow the CSR team to make sure customer orders are delivered to the customer error-free and on time. 

  • Respond to all customer project requests for information, quotes, or samples on the same day. 

  • Manage existing customer relationships by making regular scheduled contact via email and entering all notes into the company CRM-Syncore

  • Attend all Supplier Lunch and Learn meetings (Wednesday @ 11:5am EST)  

  • Participate with progress updates in weekly L-10 Sales (Tuesday @ 10:00 am EST) 

  • Participate in monthly all-team same-page meetings as well as State of the Company quarterly all-team meetings.  

  • Follow all required CRM procedures to record/save all customer correspondence. 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. 

  • Experience: 1-3 years of Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience. 

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient with the various promotional industry-specific software (I.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore) 

    • Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 

    • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.) 

    • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal 

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 45,000 – 50,000

  • Industry: Promotional

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
