The DCX Client Services Home-Based Account Manager is a valued and essential part of the customer experience. You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned sales executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with promotional product solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage multiple projects with various clients, timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, orders, and art proofs.
Generate reports to track open orders, Aging Reports, and billing progress.
Educate and guide clients regarding the company’s order and approval processes, quality standards, and production timelines.
Understand industry-specific manufacturing, production, and decoration methods.
Implement resourceful sourcing and quoting strategies, balancing the client’s and company’s business needs.
Consistently ensure orders are set up to flow through HALO's internal systems efficiently, while still fulfilling client needs and expectations.
Communicate project changes, order timelines, and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while successfully managing and meeting client expectations.
Proactively work with internal departments and operations resources to account for all aspects of project scope and adjust as needed.
Utilize internal teams, including import, compliance, and HALO resources to bolster company and project value to client., to bolster company and project value to the clients.
Cultivate business relationships with clients, internal associates, and vendors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of direct promotional, account management, or order management experience.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite; exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is an advantage.
Industry-Specific Knowledge:
Experience in the promotional products industry or comparable e-commerce environment.
Familiarity with software such as Sage, ESP, CommonSku, or Syncore is highly beneficial.
Customer-oriented with strong adaptability and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 40,000
