Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the preparation, filing, execution and distribution of all DRE and HOA documents, as appropriate.
  • Manage public disclosure/real estate reports necessary to support and enhance sales as well as reduce risk associated with potential disclosure issues.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
  • Prepare and analyze current community budgets. Providing cash flow projections.                                                                                                        
  • Contract for vendor services in conjunction within budgetary guidelines for each community.                              
  • Manage HOA management companies and associated budgets Serve on all HOA/COA/CDD boards for respective communities.
  • Direct the community team in the management of all current HOA boards.  Oversee and direct the community team’s Architectural Committee decisions and manage community turnover process.
  • Oversee the coordination and preparation of tax payments and updates, reserve analysis for the entire area. 
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to maximize the volume of work processed through the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Requires broad knowledge of area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • May have practical knowledge of program or project management.
  • Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 4-6 years of prior relevant experience.
