This role is client-centric and strategic-focused on building enduring relationships, navigating complex financial landscapes, and helping clients achieve long-term financial well-being through investments and protection solutions. The investment counsellor will work closely with FRs to deliver seamless, tailored investment advice that addresses both immediate financial goals and future aspirations including intergenerational wealth transfer. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to delivering excellence, the investment counsellor will a vital role in driving growth and making a meaningful difference in clients’ financial journeys.Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with emerging affluent and high-net-worth individuals. Serve as their primary advisor by understanding life goals, financial needs, and generational aspirations.
Collaboration & Specialist Coordination: Partner with external VAS partners(legal, trust, family office) and internal specialists such as tax adviser to deliver integrated, end-to-end financial solutions. Market
Insights & Advisory: Stay current with market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes. Translate insights into actionable advice that supports clients’ wealth goals.
Client Events & Education: Organize exclusive client events to enhance engagement and deliver valuable market perspectives.
Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with KYC/AML, regulatory, and internal policies. Exhibit sound judgment in managing ethical standards and risk controls while safeguarding Citi and client interests.
