What You’ll Be Doing
Operate and monitor HMA plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic maintenance to maintain optimal plant performance.
Coordinate material flow, loadout, and inventory needs to support daily production goals.
Identify and communicate equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and uphold all safety and environmental standards.
What We Are Looking For
Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain heavy industrial or mechanical equipment.
Strong commitment to safety practices and situational awareness.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working with production systems, controls, and basic computer interfaces.
Reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
