What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor HMA plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.

  • Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic maintenance to maintain optimal plant performance.

  • Coordinate material flow, loadout, and inventory needs to support daily production goals.

  • Identify and communicate equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.

  • Maintain accurate production records and uphold all safety and environmental standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain heavy industrial or mechanical equipment.

  • Strong commitment to safety practices and situational awareness.

  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfort working with production systems, controls, and basic computer interfaces.

  • Reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
