HLA (Engineering)/Level 3 Engineering (Gold) Apprenticeship

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and understanding of our equipment. The programme combines mentoring, training, and hands on experience.

Over the course of the apprenticeship, your performance and development will be continually assessed. Upon completion of the programme, participants will have the skills and tools to become a successful member of the team. You will have the opportunity to work in one of our Operations departments and develop to realise your full potential.

What you’ll bring:

Qualifications/Experience

  • Enrolled with SWC on one of the below courses:
  • Level 3 Engineering (Gold) Advance Manufacture Apprenticeship NI
  • Ulster University Foundation Degree in Engineering (FDENG) with Specialisms (Mechatronics) HLA level 5
  • BTEC Level 4 Higher National Cert in Engineering (Advanced Technician in Engineering – Maintenance) HLA
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Any hands on experience with tools is preferred
