• Technische Führungsrolle an einem Industriestandort, wo jahrhundertealte Architektur auf State-of-the-Art-Technik trifft
• Kreative Herausforderungen: Entwickle innovative Lösungen, die historische Substanz und moderne Produktionstechnik perfekt verbinden
• Teamwork: Leite fachlich ein hochmotiviertes Technik-Team in enger Abstimmung mit unserer VEFK
• Spannende Projekte von der Optimierung unseres BHKW bis zur Steuerung komplexer Modernisierungsvorhaben
• Betreue die gesamte technische Infrastruktur – von denkmalgeschützten Elementen bis zu digitalen Steuerungssystemen
• Arbeite mit internen Teams und externen Spezialisten an zukunftsweisenden Lösungen
• Gestalte Innovation und identifiziere und implementiere neue Technologien, die unseren besonderen Standort noch effizienter machen

Was Dich auszeichnet:

• Fundiertes Fachwissen: Meisterqualifikation im HKLS-Bereich ODER Ingenieursstudium/vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
• Praktische Erfahrung in der technischen Leitung von Industriestandorten
• Technisches Know-how für den Umgang mit historischer Bausubstanz und moderner Gebäudetechnik
• Projektmanagement-Skills und sicherer Umgang mit Budgetplanung
• Idealerweise Führungserfahrung – oder den Ehrgeiz, diese zu entwickeln
