HIV Business Unit Manager
 

You will lead the HIV business unit in Türkiye, owning commercial strategy, performance and team development. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues across marketing, medical, market access, supply and finance. We value clear leaders who use data to make decisions, collaborate openly, and focus on improving patient access and outcomes. Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Define and deliver the HIV commercial strategy and annual business plan for Türkiye, aligned with regional and global priorities.

- Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve sales, access and budget targets while building capability and accountability.

- Turn market and customer insights into practical actions across digital and face-to-face channels.- Manage P&L, forecasts and resource allocation to optimise portfolio performance and return on investment.

- Build strong relationships with clinicians, payers and other external stakeholders to support access and uptake.

- Ensure all activities meet local regulations and company standards for ethical and compliant behaviour.

Why You?

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy or related field.

- Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with commercial responsibility.

- At least 3 years of people management experience in marketing and sales

- Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience in P&L, forecasting and performance tracking.

- Fluent in Turkish and strong verbal and written English skills.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

- Master’s degree or MBA.- Proven success in product launches and lifecycle management.

- Experience working with market access, reimbursement and payer stakeholders.

- Strong digital channel and multichannel engagement experience.

- Experience working with cross-functional and regional/global teams.

- Comfort with business systems such as CRM and analytics platforms.

Working Model

This role is hybrid with an expectation to work on-site in Türkiye for core business activities, team meetings and stakeholder engagement.
