Job Title:

HIH - Infrastructure Engineering Associate Advisor – Change Management Administrator  

Position Overview:

The Change Management Administrator will report to Manager and is responsible for executing and supporting enterprise change management activities across infrastructure, application, and platform services. This role ensures that production and non‑production changes are properly documented, risk‑assessed, approved, implemented, and auditable in accordance with Evernorth Change Management standards and security requirements.

Job Overview:

Works closely with Infrastructure Engineering, SAP Basis, Security, Vulnerability Management, Audit, and Application teams to provide operational change control, coordination, and compliance support. Mentoring and guiding team ensuring tasks are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

Release & Transport Management Support

Coordinate application transports across Development, QA, Stage, and Change Management Execution

  • Administer and maintain change records for Normal, Standard, and Emergency changes using enterprise change tools (e.g., ServiceNow Change, SAP ChaRM / Cloud ALM).
  • Ensure all changes meet Evernorth Change Management requirements, including:
    • Business and technical impact assessment
    • Risk classification
    • Required approvals
    • Implementation and back‑out plans
  • Validate change readiness prior to implementation and confirm post‑implementation completion and closure.

Platform & Infrastructure Change Support

  • Coordinate and track changes related to:
    • SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, Solution Manager, transports, HotNews, security notes)
    • IBM i environments (OS upgrades, cumulative/group PTFs, third‑party software updates)
    • Infrastructure and cloud services supporting business applications
  • Ensure change activities align with approved maintenance windows and minimize business impact.

Security, Vulnerability & Audit Alignment

  • Support security‑driven changes by tracking remediation activities stemming from vulnerability scans, CVEs, and vendor advisories.
  • Coordinate with Information Protection and Vulnerability Management teams to:
    • Confirm applicability of reported findings
    • Document remediation actions through approved change records
    • Provide evidence and status updates for audit and compliance reviews
  • Ensure security‑related changes maintain traceability from finding to closure.

Change Scheduling & Communication

  • Coordinate change schedules, outage notifications, and maintenance communications across technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of planned changes, conflicts, and dependencies.
  • Maintain visibility into upcoming, active, and completed changes.

Documentation & Quality Control

  • Validate that change records include required documentation such as implementation steps, test evidence, validation notes, and rollback procedures.
  • Identify gaps in documentation or process adherence and work with requestors to remediate before approval or execution.
  • Qualifications:

    Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues or process breakdowns.

Education:

< >Any bachelor’s degree8-11 years of experience supporting IT Change Management, Release Management, or Operational Governance in an enterprise environment.Hands‑on experience with enterprise change tools such as ServiceNow Change, SAP ChaRM, Cloud ALM, or equivalentExperience supporting changes across multiple platforms (applications, infrastructure, operating systems)Strong understanding of ITIL‑based Change Management principlesWorking knowledge of: SAP environments and transport/change processesInfrastructure and OS‑level change activitiesSecurity and vulnerability remediation workflowsAbility to interpret technical change details and translate them into compliant change documentationStrong coordination and communication skills across cross‑functional technical teamsDetail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and complianceAbility to manage multiple changes concurrently in a fast‑paced environmentComfortable working in audit‑driven and regulated environmentsITIL Foundation Certification (or equivalent experience)Experience supporting regulated healthcare, financial, or large enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with SAP Cloud ALM transition or ChaRM alternativesWork Hours:
