HIH – Automation Engineer Associate Manager – QA & SAP Testing  

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated QA Analyst(Quality Engineer) with strong expertise in SAP EWM, PTP, and Vistex testing, combined with hands‑on experience in TOSCA Automation, NeoLoad Performance Testing, and LiveCompare impact analysis. This role is critical to ensuring seamless performance and accuracy of end‑to‑end SAP business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP QA analysts and automation engineers.
• Plan capacity, assign test ownership, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality execution across releases.
• Conduct reviews, coaching, and skill development plans for team members (Tosca, SAP domain, performance testing).
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, reporting, and audit readiness.

SAP EWM, PTP & Vistex Testing

• Automate functional, regression, and integration test scenarios & test cases for SAP EWM, PTP (Procure‑to‑Pay), and Vistex modules.
• For Validating core processes such as:
  • EWM: inbound/outbound processing, picking, packing, goods receipt, internal warehouse processes, physical inventory, warehouse monitoring.
  • PTP: purchase requisition, purchase order creation, vendor management, goods receipt, invoice verification.
  • Vistex: pricing, rebates, chargebacks, commissions, incentives, and agreement validations.
• Review functional specifications and create detailed test cases to ensure complete coverage of business requirements.
• Analyze functional and technical specifications to build test plans for EWM, SD, MM, PTP, FICO, and Vistex.
• Ensure thorough end‑to‑end test coverage across integrated business scenarios.
• Define testing strategies for System Integration, UAT, and Regression cycles.
• Perform automated testing of SAP functionalities and cross‑system integrations.
• Validate end‑to‑end processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance across SAP modules.
• Execute Automated testing to ensure new enhancements do not impact existing processes.

Automation – TOSCA, NeoLoad & LiveCompare

TOSCA Automation

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for EWM, PTP & Vistex using TOSCA.
• Troubleshoot and optimize TOSCA automation scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with automation leads to strengthen test automation frameworks.

NeoLoad Performance Testing

• Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests for SAP transactions and interfaces.
• Analyze NeoLoad results to identify system bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Provide recommendations to improve SAP system performance and stability.

LiveCompare Analysis

• Use LiveCompare for automated SAP change impact analysis.
• Identify objects impacted by transports, upgrades, or configuration changes.
• Recommend targeted test cases based on LiveCompare insights to reduce risk and accelerate testing cycles.

Documentation & Reporting

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices for EWM, PTP, and Vistex.
• Prepare detailed test result reports, highlighting issues, risks, and recommendations.
• Ensure consistent communication with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues or process breakdowns.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Any bachelor’s degree

Required Skills

• 2–3+ years of automation experience in Healthcare or PBM (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of SAP testing experience across EWM, PTP & Vistex.
• Minimum 5 years of experience across TOSCA, NeoLoad & LiveCompare.
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • TOSCA Automation (certification preferred)
  • NeoLoad Performance Testing
  • LiveCompare Impact Analysis
• Proven ability to design, build, and execute automated tests in SAP environments.
• Expertise in system testing, end‑to‑end testing, and regression frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Good understanding of test automation frameworks & DevOps integration.
• Ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to guide teams and meet deadlines.

Required Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 9–10 years of SAP testing experience with strong specialization in EWM, PTP,OTC & Vistex and automation with TOSCA, NeoLoad & LiveCompare.
