We design cutting-edge solutions for Intel products that serve a wide range of market segments. Our team provides IP to both internal design groups and external customers. The Toronto Design Team is seeking talented individuals eager to help build the industry’s next-generation products, with a strong focus on high-speed SerDes technology. This position centers on pre-silicon SerDes design validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain testbenches for mixed-signal IP
- Build and sustain verification environments and flows
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Create programming sequences for lab characterization and ATE
- Provide SoC front-end integration support

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Science (Electrical and Computer) or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals and digital hardware concepts
- Ability to assist in verification of digital hardware blocks within mixed-signal designs
- Basic knowledge of digital design practices, including RTL coding in Verilog and simulation/debugging
- Strong scripting and/or software development skills
- Good grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
