Title: Hemophilia Sales & Business Development Executive

Field: This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement.

The Hemophilia Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for impacting sales results by thoroughly training and developing sales associates for a specified time period. 

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides training support and mentorship to sales associates as it pertains to sales objectives. 

  • Leverages business acumen and experience by providing guidance and best practices. 

  • Partners with the leadership team on the goals for each individual sales associate. 

  • Works collaboratively across the business unit to determine training needs and opportunities. 

  • Provides written objectives and goals to sales associate as part of the training process. 

  • Develops and provides training to include internal processes, sales data analysis, call cycle frequency and preparation, and other relevant information impacting sales. 

  • Supports sales goal achievement and objectives to Travels to train associates, conduct ride-alongs, and meet with clients and other principals as necessary.  

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum 3 years sales experience with a focus on customer relationships and business development;  or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. 

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Strongly prefer a minimum of 2 years of sales training experience.
